Daniel Brent

Co-CEO and President

Daniel Brent is a maritime security leader and former U.S. Navy Combat Systems Coordinator who helped establish the Navy’s Anti-Terrorism Force Protection Work Group. He later served at SRI International as sensor, training, and hardware lead for the National Center for Maritime and Port Security. He holds an MBA, summa cum laude, from Grantham University.

Paul Morrisseau

Co-CEO

Paul Morisseau is an ocean and systems engineer with bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Florida Atlantic University. He serves as Chief Systems Engineer for DHS S&T’s Borders and Maritime Security Division, leading enterprise architecture and agile capability integration to operational effectiveness across DHS components

Jamie Hayes

Test & Evaluation Director

Jamie Hayes specializes in performance testing, systems integration, and advanced sensor solutions, with experience supporting technical analysis and emerging technology research for the Department of Homeland Security. Her background in intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) and detection informs a practical, systems-based approach to evaluating and integrating technologies that enhance security and operational effectiveness.

Momena Ali

Portfolio Director

Momena Ali specializes in C-UAS, homeland security operations, and interagency technology integration, with experience spanning program leadership, systems engineering, and operational planning. She supports federal mission partners across the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Defense by developing operational frameworks, test and evaluation models, and data-driven tools for complex mission environments. Her multidisciplinary background in governance, global security, and aviation as a pilot reflects a practical, systems-based approach to emerging security challenges.
