Founders Daniel Brent and Paul Morrisseau first met in Jacksonville, Florida, while Daniel was serving in the U.S. Navy and Paul was pursuing his degree in engineering.

Their professional paths converged years later at SRI International in St. Petersburg, Florida. After collaborating there for five years, they recognized a unique opportunity to combine their expertise to solve complex technical challenges for the modern world. This vision led to the founding of OCEANS LLC in 2013.

Now headquartered back where it all began in Jacksonville, Florida, OCEANS LLC leverages the founders' extensive backgrounds in the government, military, and homeland security sectors.
